Estamos à procura de um Process Manager Trainee para integrar a nossa equipa interna. Esta será uma oportunidade para desenvolver conhecimentos em gestão de processos, melhoria contínua e otimização operacional, participando em projetos com impacto real no negócio e nos nossos clientes.
Qual será o teu impacto?
Nesta função, terás a oportunidade de aprender e colaborar com diferentes equipas, contribuindo para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria e para o desenvolvimento de processos mais eficientes.
- Apoio na análise e otimização de processos operacionais
- Participação em projetos de melhoria contínua
- Monitorização de indicadores de desempenho
- Colaboração no desenvolvimento de soluções operacionais
- Suporte às equipas na implementação de boas práticas
- Contributo para uma cultura de inovação e eficiência
Principais responsabilidades
- Apoiar o mapeamento e análise de processos operacionais
- Colaborar na identificação de oportunidades de melhoria
- Participar na implementação de iniciativas de melhoria contínua
- Apoiar a monitorização e análise de KPI
- Contribuir para a elaboração de relatórios e análises operacionais
- Colaborar no desenvolvimento de soluções para desafios operacionais
- Acompanhar projetos relacionados com metodologias Lean e melhoria contínua
- Apoiar ações de formação e acompanhamento das equipas operacionais
- Trabalhar em estreita colaboração com diferentes áreas do negócio
Perfil que procuramos
- Formação superior concluída ou em fase final nas áreas de Engenharia, Gestão, Logística ou áreas similares
- Interesse por melhoria contínua, operações e gestão de processos
- Bons conhecimentos de Excel
- Conhecimentos de Power BI serão valorizados
- Conhecimentos de Lean, Kaizen ou 5S serão considerados uma mais-valia
- Capacidade analítica e orientação para a resolução de problemas
- Boa capacidade de comunicação e trabalho em equipa
- Proatividade, curiosidade e vontade de aprender
- Organização e atenção ao detalhe
