Responsable Business et Développement H/F
Limoges, France Apply for RoleAdecco, leader mondial des solutions en ressources humaines, recherche un Responsable Business et Développement pour dynamiser son activité dans la région du Limousin, de la Vienne et de la Dordogne. Vous serez un acteur clé dans la conquête et le développement des segments de marché, tout en favorisant une collaboration étroite avec les équipes locales.
Vos missions clés :
Prospection & Vente :
Développer un portefeuille clients à travers la négociation de contrats nationaux et locaux.
Identifier et prospecter de nouveaux comptes afin de proposer l’ensemble de des services du groupe Adecco, gagner de nouveaux marchés.
Collaborer avec la Direction Grands Comptes Stratégiques pour maximiser la rentabilité et le chiffre d’affaires.
Communication & Collaboration :
Instaurer une communication transparente sur vos actions, vos objectifs et vos méthodes de travail avec les équipes locales, en vous assurant du partage d'informations essentielles.
Planifier et organiser des réunions régulières avec les équipes de zone pour obtenir des feedbacks et éviter de fonctionner en autarcie.
Remonter les informations pertinentes concernant les agences et la direction, prenant en compte les attentes des deux parties pour optimiser le fonctionnement.
Suivi & Reporting :
Analyser les indicateurs de performance et proposer des actions d’amélioration continue afin d’optimiser la rentabilité des comptes
Assurer un reporting régulier de votre activité en respectant les échéances imposées
Profil recherché :
De formation Bac +3 minimum avec 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en vente et négociation, vous bénéficiez d’excellentes compétences en communication et organisation.
Adaptable et à l’écoute, vous montrez une réelle capacité à comprendre les besoins des agences et gardez une posture collaborative.
D’un profil « chasseur », vous êtes capable de performer sur les comptes existants tout en recherchant de nouvelles opportunités.
La connaissance du secteur du travail temporaire est un plus.
