Recruiter - LHH Limena - Appartenente alle Categorie Protette L.68/99 Art.1 

Per la nostra sede di Limena (Padova) stiamo cercando un/una Recruiter che contribuisca all'incremento del Business sui servizi della struttura, realizzando la gestione della delivery dei profili del salary segment di riferimento. 

Di cosa ti occuperai: 

• Raccogliere le “job profile” con gli Hiring Manager aziendali; 

• Ricerca diretta ed head hunting di profili di middle management, utilizzando i principali strumenti informatici a disposizione; 

• Scouting e stesura di mappatura tramite identificazione di aziende e ruoli target; • Condurre le interviste con i candidati individuati; 

• Presentazione “short list” 

Sei il/la candidato/a ideale se: 

Ricerchiamo un/una candidato/a appartenente alle liste di collocamento mirato (L.68/99) con almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel settore e ottime doti di delivery. Solarità e determinazione sono skills necessarie per entrare a far parte di un gruppo solido, unito ed in crescita. La figura selezionata verrà assunta direttamente ed avrà diritto ad un sistema incentivi interessante oltre che a flessibilità e smart-working. 

Altri requisiti: 

• Forte Orientamento al Risultato; 

• Predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi; 

• Capacità di analisi e problem solving; 

• Forte Flessibilità e Determinazione; 

• Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Internet Explorer e Outlook;
