Alors cette fonction est faite pour toi : nous cherchons un·e Specialist E-Tools pour renforcer notre Payroll & Service Center !

Ton rôle au quotidien

En plus de tes missions de Payroll & Service Officer, tu deviens la personne de référence pour toutes les questions liées à nos outils digitaux. Concrètement, tu vas :

  • Soutenir et coacher tes collègues dans l’utilisation des E-Tools Adecco et de nos applications internes.

  • Accueillir et former les nouveaux collaborateurs du Service.

  • Partager ton expertise lors de refresh en teammeeting.

  • Tester et promouvoir les nouvelles fonctionnalités digitales (UAT, projets IT, nouvelles applis).

  • Accompagner, avec ton Teamleader, des visites clients lorsque c’est nécessaire.

  • Être un véritable ambassadeur de nos solutions digitales.

Ton profil

  • Tu es curieux·se et orienté·e IT, avec envie d’apprendre et de partager.

  • Tu aimes former, expliquer, coacher et tu sais le faire avec patience et clarté.

  • Tu es organisé·e, communicatif·ve et toujours prêt·e à aider ton équipe.

  • Tu as minimum 2 ans d’expérience en tant que Payroll & Service Officer.

  • Tu te reconnais dans ces qualités : esprit d’initiative, empathie, lead by example et teamplayer.
