Als Recruiter / Onsite Client Specialist bij McCain in Lelystad ben jij degene
die ervoor zorgt dat de juiste mensen op de juiste plek werken. Je werft nieuwe
kandidaten, voert sollicitatiegesprekken en begeleidt flexmedewerkers tijdens hun
werk.

Als Recruiter / HR Specialist in Lelystad ben je verantwoordelijk voor het werven,
begeleiden en plannen van flexmedewerkers.
Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:
•Werven van kandidaten via Indeed, LinkedIn, jobboards en social media
•Schrijven en optimaliseren van vacatureteksten
•Voeren van intake- en sollicitatiegesprekken
•Opbouwen en beheren van een talentpool
•Dagelijks schakelen met supervisors en teamleiders
•Administratie rondom contracten, uren en verloning
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor medewerkers en recruitmentvraagstukken op
locatie.
Waar ga je werken?
Je gaat werken als Onsite Recruiter bij McCain in Lelystad.
Je werkt direct op locatie bij de klant, waardoor je dicht op de operatie zit. Hierdoor
kun je snel schakelen met supervisors, teamleiders en medewerkers.
Samen zorgen jullie ervoor dat de planning klopt, vacatures snel worden ingevuld en
medewerkers goed worden begeleid.
Voor deze functie zoeken we iemand die energie krijgt van werken met mensen en
recruitment.
Daarnaast vragen we:
•MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau
•Ervaring in recruitment, HR, klantenservice of planning is een plus, niet
noodzakelijk.
•Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, commercieel en resultaatgericht
•Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
•Beschikbaar voor 32 tot 40 uur per week
groeimogelijkheden.
•Salaris tussen €2.692 en €3.236 bruto per maand (40 uur)
•25,5 vakantiedagen + 8% vakantiegeld
•Keuze: 13 extra vrije dagen óf 5% extra salaris
•Bonusregeling en winstdeling
•Netto kostenvergoeding én reiskostenvergoeding
