Nous recrutons un Assistant responsable développement H/F en stage à Aix-en-Provence, ou le Muy, ou Nice.
Vos missions seront les suivantes :
Montée en compétences des équipes :
- Assurer un rôle de conseil et d’expertise pour les fonctions opérationnelles (méthode, outils...)
Piloter les projets de refonte et/ou à de création de parcours de formation dédiés à l’évaluation des compétences
Assurer la montée en compétences du réseau sur la vente et la production de prestations
- Co-animer les sessions de formations dédiées à nos fonctions opérationnelles
- Créer des simulations d'entretiens et activités pratiques pour les séances de formation
Marketing/Communication :
- Préparer des supports pour les formations ou à destination des équipes
- Assurer la communication auprès des équipes
Gestion/Veille
- Identifer et développer les services complémentaires
- Relance des personnes qui n'ont pas effectué les coachings
- Gérer le planning de formation
- Mettre en place et gérer le tableau de suivi des coachings
Vous avez une bonne humeur communicative, un excellent sens du relationnel et beaucoup de volonté.
On dit de vous que vous êtes créatifs, et vous aimez gérer plusieurs projets simultanément
Curieux, et doté d'un fort esprit d'analyse, vous apprenez rapidement.
Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale et un talent pour animer des sessions de formation.
