Rattaché à la Directrice droit des affaires et des sociétés, vous négociez, rédigez, validez et sécurisez les contrats en conformité avec les règles en vigueur. Vous fournissez des informations et conseils juridiques à vos interlocuteurs internes et/ou externes dans le domaine du droit des affaires, vous animez des formations juridiques et pilotez les dossiers précontentieux.
Dans ce cadre, vous aurez pour principales missions de :
· Animer des formations juridiques dans le domaine du droit des affaires
· Assurer la veille et la communication juridique en matière de droit des affaires
· Concevoir des actions de formation juridique dans le domaine du droit des affaires
· Fournir des informations et/ou conseils juridiques aux interlocuteurs internes et/ou externes dans le domaine du droit des affaires
· Gérer les dossiers contentieux en droit des affaires
· Piloter les dossiers pré-contentieux en droit des affaires
· Rédiger, valider et sécuriser les contrats, en conformité avec les règles en vigueur
· Rendre compte de son activité et de ses résultats
Diplômé d’un Master 2 Droit des affaires (un Mastère spécialisé en Ecole de Commerce serait également apprécié), vous justifiez d’une première expérience professionnelle réussie en tant que juriste en droit des affaires, idéalement au sein d’un grand groupe. Anglais apprécié.
Considéré comme un véritable Business Partner, une appétence pour la négociation, des qualités d’analyse et de synthèse, un sens de l’écoute et du service, une agilité naturelle, et un réel esprit d’équipe sont indispensables pour réussir dans cette fonction !
