Nous recrutons 2 Business Développer H/F basés à La Défense (92)
Descriptif du poste :
Au sein de l’équipe Commerciale, ton objectif est de développer les activités commerciales de QAPA sur le marché de l’intérim digitalisé.
· Être l’interlocuteur privilégié de QAPA Intérim pour les clients France, accompagner le développement de notre activité et faire croître le chiffre d’affaires global ;
· Assurer des rendez-vous téléphoniques et physiques réguliers pour présenter et vendre les offres de QAPA
· Développer un relationnel fort avec les personnes clés dans l’organisation des entreprises clientes ;
· Assurer la gestion quotidienne des clients : facturation, suivi des commandes, sollicitation des équipes internes sur les demandes diverses etc. ;
· Intervenir avec les équipes Sourcing pour identifier les meilleurs candidats pour vos prospects et clients
· Collaborer avec les équipes marketing : remonter les feedbacks marché, etc…
· Participer à des salons/forum nationaux
Rémunération :
Fixe entre 28 k€ et 30k€ sur 13 mois + rémunération variable de 30%.

Profil recherché :
Tu as au minimum une première expérience professionnelle réussie dans l’intérim
Tu es jeune diplômé avec une première expérience en Business Development ou en Account Management ;
Tu es capable de travailler de manière autonome et de monter en compétences même en période de forte activité ;
Tu possèdes un fort intérêt dans la vente et tu disposes d’une aisance naturelle dans la négociation ;
·Tu es prêt(e) à vous investir dans une structure en plein développement.
