Van jobsites tot sociale media, jij bent overal te vinden, zelfs op jobbeurzen en scholen. Je bent een meester in het ontwikkelen van aanstekelijke rekruteringscampagnes. - Warm welkom bieden:
Voor kandidaten ben jij de eerste indruk. Je screent, test en begeleidt hen met professionaliteit en zorg. Naadloze follow-up: Zowel kandidaten als klanten verdienen jouw aandacht. Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze begeleiding, van begin tot eind. - Klanten door en door kennen:
Jij begrijpt de bedrijfscultuur, waarden en verwachtingen van onze klanten als geen ander. De perfecte match is jouw specialiteit. - Sterke klantrelaties opbouwen:
Je onderhoudt nauw contact met onze klanten, en presenteert hen topkandidaten met overtuiging en enthousiasme.
- Resultaatgericht:Targets zijn voor jou een uitdaging die je maar al te graag aangaat.
- Oplossingsgericht:Je bent altijd op zoek naar slimmere manieren om je werk te doen, zonder harder te werken maar wel efficiënter.
- Teamspeler:Samenwerken zit in je DNA. Je weet dat je samen meer bereikt dan alleen.
- Commerciële instelling:Je beschikt over de nodige overtuigingskracht en commerciële finesse.
- Hands-on mentaliteit:Je pakt de zaken graag direct aan en laat geen kans onbenut.
- Goede talenkennis: zeer goed Nederlands, en goed Frans.

- Tewerkstelling in een 40u werkweek: naast jouw20 wettelijke verlofdagen, kan je ook genieten van12 ADV dagen.
