About the role
  • The Head of PMO Strategy & Governance is part of the Market/CoE/GBU CDIO Leadership team and is in charge of all enabling processes & functions within IT & Digital organization
  • Will drive the design, definition and communication of a common Vision and Strategy across GBU’s, Markets and Functions.
  • Will design, implement & manage the required processes, frameworks & tools to support Portfolio, Program, Vendors, Performance and Change management.
  • Will drive a culture of delivery and operational excellence and strive for efficiency, effectiveness & transparent communication across ITD and the Group.
What you’ll be doing

Main tasks & responsibilities

  • Ensure Vision, setting long-term goals, determining strategic priorities.
  • Ensure respect of the principles and strategic direction within ITD and ITD business stakeholders.
  • Stay in-tune with market trends & identify opportunities to drive growth & innovation.
  • Establish governance structures to ensure IT investments are aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor the financial performances of ITD change & run, in collaboration with ITD finance.
  • Work with the respective ITD Lead owners to ensure continuous management of run costs and with Finance to address the mission on increase budget transparency.
  • Ensure selection & prioritization of ITD initiatives, in line with the strategic objectives.
  • Determine and maintain the portfolio governance and decision making.
  • Work with the ITD Functions, Business stakeholders and geographies to create and maintain a ITD Change Roadmap.
  • Enforce establishment of success measures by Program.
  • Provide regular updates on Portfolio performance and conduct quarterly reviews with the EC.
  • Define and maintain the Project management framework for ITD Initiatives, including AI, in collaboration with the integrated processes (Finance, Architecture, Procurement, Responsible AI, Security, Legal).
  • Define the project governance and decision-making processes for ITD Initiatives, including AI.
  • Support implementation and sharing of Project management best practices and learning journeys (e.g. certifications).
  • Identify and implement remediation measures to address mis-performance.
  • Define & maintain the criteria to determine the Strategic Vendors.
  • Establish a Strategic Vendor management framework.
  • Entertain the appropriate relationship & governance with the Strategic vendors with the LT Sponsors and Procurement.
  • Conduct strategic development discussions with Partners to continuously improve & expand the collaboration.
  • Review operational performance of Partners together with the LT Sponsors and ensure remediation actions are implemented when appropriate.
  • Define and monitor performance indicators to measure the progress on the execution of the ITD Strategy.
  • Measure progress and effectiveness of ITD Strategy execution and program execution, incl consequence management.
  • Ensure appropriate capabilities are in place to deliver on the Strategy and on ITD objectives – address any gaps.
  • Consolidate operational, deliver, financial, people, Security & innovation performance metrics & develop & maintain a Performance scorecard.
  • Determine strategies to effectively accompany the organization along the transformation in ITD & people adopting the change, incl local ITD teams in the markets.
  • Communicate the ITD Vision & Strategy to the organization.
  • Engage with business leaders to ensure continuous alignment between business needs and the ITD strategy.
  • Drive continuous improvements across GBU’s, Markets & Functions ITD teams.
  • Establish best practice sharing approach across capabilities in ITD.
About you

Work Experience:

  • At least 10 cumulative years of experience within Governance, Performance, Business services, Change management and Business & IT transformation.
  • Master best practices in Performance & Change management.
  • Experience as Business leader and able to grasp business priorities and strategies.
  • Experience as advisor for leaders and executives and/or as a team leader for specialists.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, including executive management.
  • Proven capability of managing multiple priorities effectively and performing under tight deadlines.
  • Experience successfully working with distributed teams.

Education:

  • Master’s degree with focus on Engineering, Business Management and or IT.
