Jacksonville, United States Apply for RoleThe Client Services Supervisor is responsible for overseeing, directing, and evaluating the workflow within the Client Services department. This role ensures that staff is effectively provided counseling and manage account reconciliation. The supervisor organizes and coordinates work activities to meet operational goals and maintain expected productivity levels. Additionally, they oversee the daily implementation of policies and procedures.
What you’ll be doingESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Invoice Management: Manage and oversee all aspects of client billing processes, including generating invoices, account reconciliations, and addressing billing discrepancies.
· Account Reconciliation: Monitor and support the team’s customer accounts for discrepancies and resolve any billing issues promptly.
· Client Communication: Assist as a point of contact for clients regarding billing inquiries, adjustments, and resolutions, when necessary. Foster positive relationships by ensuring a prompt and professional response to client needs.
· Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on billing activities, including unfinalized for management review. Analyze billing trends and identify opportunities for process optimization or revenue growth.
· Collaboration: Work closely with other departments such as customer service and accounting to streamline billing processes and resolve disputes.
· Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and best practices in financial transactions and data handling
· Create an inspiring team environment with open communication culture
· Leads team, develops objectives, coaches, and evaluates performance
· Ensures direct reports obtain applicable training and development opportunities to enhance performance, development, and contributions to the overall service center
· Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned
About youEDUCATION & JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Minimum of 3 years of related experience, with one year in a lead or supervisory capacity would be beneficial.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
· Strong leadership and management skills
· Strong understanding of the entire billing and reconciliation process (invoice preparation, partner contact, client contact, short and over payments)
· Attention to detail and excellent interpersonal, verbal, organizational and written communication skills
· Solves problems with a sense of urgency by recognizing opportunities, understanding risks and acting quickly to overcome obstacles and reach a solution.
· Self-directed with a strong work ethic; capable of working independently with limited supervision, as well as part of a team.
· Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with a high degree of accuracy.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule when needed.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
· Macro and VLOOKUP skills required.
· Experience leading a team on adhoc project and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
