Au sein de l’équipe support LHH, votre rôle est de contribuer à assurer le bon fonctionnement des matériels informatiques et des applications auprès de nos utilisateurs internes. Vous avez notamment pour mission de fournir une assistance technique en cas de problème informatique et d’intervenir rapidement pour résoudre ces incidents.

Vos principales missions seront :

  • Préparation des PC, smartphones et personnalisation
  • Dépannage et maintenance des équipements, en proximité et à distance
  • Assurer l’envoi des équipements/matériels divers suite commande des utilisateurs
  • Assurer les retours matériels pour remise en stock
  • Administration des comptes utilisateurs

Niveau d’études : BAC.

Maitrise d’une langue requise : une maitrise de l'anglais serait un plus.

Compétences métier :

  • Aisance avec l’informatique
  • Savoir travailler en équipe

Compétences comportementales :

  • Aisance relationnelle et diplomatie,
  • Aptitude au changement, Rigueur, Qualité d’écoute
  • Gestion des priorités, Réactivité, Sens du service
