Für unseren Standort inJenasuchen wir einenRecruiter (m/w/d) im Engineering-Bereich, der mit Begeisterung passende Talente für spannende Projekteinsätze gewinnt, Menschen miteinander verbindet und unsere Kandidaten vom Erstkontakt bis zum Eintritt und darüber hinaus persönlich betreut. In Eigenverantwortung gestaltest du deinen Bereich.

Zusätzlich unterstützt du uns im Team in Themen wie Veranstaltungsplanung und Beschaffung – unkompliziert, teamorientiert und ohne langwierige, trockene Administrationsaufgaben. Bei uns steht der Mensch im Mittelpunkt: in der Kandidatensuche, in der Betreuung während der Einsätze und im täglichen Miteinander.

Deine Aufgaben

Aufgaben im Recruiting

Stellenanzeigen kreativ formulieren und auf den passenden Plattformen veröffentlichen
passende Kandidat:innen aktiv ansprechen und für unsere Projekte begeistern
Erstgespräche professionell vorbereiten und selbstständig durchführen
Talentpools gezielt aufbauen, pflegen und aktuell halten
kreative und authentische LinkedIn-Posts erstellen, die unsere Arbeitgebermarke stärken
den Einstellungsprozess organisatorisch begleiten – alles außer Vertragsverhandlungen

Aufgaben im administrativen Bereich

unsere monatliche Teamrunde planen und für eine angenehme Atmosphäre sorgen
interne Events mit organisieren und eigene Ideen einbringen
vielseitige Backoffice-Aufgaben übernehmen, damit im Tagesgeschäft alles rund läuft
liebevoll kleine Aufmerksamkeiten für Geburtstage und besondere Anlässe vorbereiten

Dein Profil

Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Studium – gern mit HR- oder technischem Hintergrund (auch abgebrochene technische Studiengänge sind für uns interessant)
Erste Erfahrung imtechnischen Recruiting– von Active Sourcing bis zum Führen von Gesprächen
Du bist kommunikativ, organisiert und arbeitest gern eigenständig
Kreativität bringst du ebenfalls mit – z. B. für gelegentliche LinkedIn‑Beiträge
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse für den Austausch mit internationalen Kandidat:innen
