About the role

Mission

As a strategic business partner the Adecco Group’s global Legal & Compliance department supports the business with a customer-centred and solution-oriented mindset, appropriately and efficiently managing legal & compliance risks. The Global Legal Operations team controls and coordinates Group Legal’s operational and innovation activities to continuously optimize Group Legal’s Target Operating Model and service delivery around the key drivers and challenges of the business.  

As part of the corporate digital strategy Group Legal and Group IT & Digital are in the process of implementing a global Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system as the single source of truth for contracting.

The CLM Global Process Owner role will report to the Head of Global Legal Operations and is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the CLM program from a business perspective, and for other operations projects in the future.

What you’ll be doing
  • Operational and functional lead of the CLM implementation as well as the ongoing operation and maintenance from a functional perspective.
  • Lead and develop the CLM Global Core Team and the respective CLM global business and function support structure.
  • Own and manage the CLM business requirements (e.g. sales, procurement, legal) as of implementation, roll-out and run.
  • Aggregate and decide on CLM system feature build-out and integration with AI capabilities as per business requirements, ensuring the development and availability of legal and business content, training and change management.
  • Support to the development and maintenance of CLM policies and guidelines
  • Interface closely with the ITD Global Solution Owner, Architect and Service Owner for any technical system topics.
  • Interface with the process owners of allied systems to promote a seamless, holistic user-experience for end-users.
  • Maintain a constructive working relationship with the vendor of the CLM system, Icertis.
About you
  • Higher degree in law, contract management, business engineering, computer science, legal operations or another related field.
  • At least 10 years practical domain experience.
  • Relevant experience implementing, operating and maintaining complex, industry-grade CLM systems on a global scale, ideally with the Icertis CLM platform, from a functional perspective.
  • Experience with process management improvement and optimization, implementation of KPIs and benefit measurement.
  • Experienced leader having a demonstrated an ability to engage, inspire and develop rapport with subordinates as well as other colleagues and stakeholders to foster a collaborative work environment and make progress as a team.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken). German, French and any additional language is considered as a plus.
