Wat ga je doen?Als Recruitment Specialist bij Adecco werf je kandidaten voor tijdelijke corporate functies bij NIKE (HR, Finance, Supply Chain, Legal, Digital Marketing). Jij:
- Spoort topkandidaten op via diverse sourcingkanalen en voert intakegesprekken
- Zorgt ervoor dat je de best passende kandidaat snel kunt voorstellen op het moment dat een een vacature binnenkomt.
- Bouwt sterke relaties met kandidaten, medewerkers en de interne klant
- Werkt volgens KPI’s en zorgt voor een strakke administratieve afhandeling
- Begeleidt medewerkers en denkt mee over nieuwe kansen
- Topsalaris tussen €2.832 - €3.898 bruto per maand (op basis van 40 uur)
- Flexibele werkweek (32 - 40 uur, hybride)
- 25,5 vakantiedagen + 13 ADV-dagen + maandelijks vakantiegeld
- Bonusregeling: jaarlijkse winstdeling en bonus per kwartaal bij goede resultaten
- Laptop, telefoon en €34 netto onkostenvergoeding
- Toegang tot trainingen via de Adecco Academy
Waar ga je werken?
Namens Adecco werk je op de NIKE Campus in Hilversum, het Europese hoofdkantoor van NIKE, de grootste leverancier van sportartikelen. Op de campus zijn o.a. de NIKE employee store, een atletiekbaan en padelbanen te vinden. Kortom: een te gekke omgeving voor sportliefhebbers. Het team bestaat uit vier dames die allemaal van (internationaal) eten houden, veel gezelligheid en flexibiliteit mee het team inbrengen.

Wat vragen wij?- Hbo-diploma, ervaring met corporate recruitment is een pre
- Nederlands & Engels vloeiend, beide gebruik je actief in je werk

- 32 - 40 uur per week beschikbaar en minimaal 3 dagen per week in Hilversum
