Deine Aufgaben
  • Aktive Steuerung der finanziellen Performance verschiedener Funktionen mit Schwerpunkt G&A sowie finanzieller Ansprechpartner für die Abteilungsleiter
  • Prüfung, Analyse und Kommentierung der monatlichen Ergebnisse inklusive Abweichungsanalysen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der Budgetvorgaben und finanziellen Richtlinien in allen verantworteten Bereichen
  • Ableitung konkreter Handlungsempfehlungen sowie proaktive Entwicklung von Optimierungsstrategien
  • Verantwortung für Budgetplanung, Forecasting und laufende Hochrechnungen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Controlling-Methoden sowie Teilnahme an bereichsübergreifenden Controlling-Projekten
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Management-Reports mit Excel und BI-Tools
Dein Profil
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Controlling, idealerweise im Ingenieurwesen oder in der Beratungs- bzw. Dienstleistungsbranche
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in SAP R/3 (FI, CO)
  • Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie Erfahrung mit Power BI
  • Sehr gute Englisch- und gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Skills
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte schnell zu erfassen und lösungsorientiert umzusetzen
