Dans le cadre d'un CDD de remplacement de 7 mois, nous recherchons notre futur HRBP (H/F) pour notre site de Guyancourt.
Vos missions :
•Déployer les sujets sur un périmètre incluant consultants et BM (jusqu’aux RAC inclus)
•Déployer au sein de son périmètre la politique RH et est un véritable relai des décisions portées par sa hiérarchie
•Incarner la culture managériale du Groupe et porte nos engagements en matière d’inclusion, diversité et QVT
•Être garant du respect de la réglementation juridique et sociale avec le support de l’équipe dédiée
•Informer et conseille les managers sur l’ensemble des problématiques RH et/ou droit social
•Se positionner en véritable Business Partner auprès de ses clients internes
•Analyser les indicateurs RH et déploie les plans d’action associés (formation, accompagnements spécifiques, animation des Talent Review etc.)
•Participer aux instances de PR des populations BM IA -> RAC
•Être force de proposition dans le cadre de l’amélioration continue des process et pratiques RH
De formation bac+5 de type droit du travail ou RH, vous avez une première expérience d'au moins 5 ans (hors alternance) sur des missions similaires. Véritable Business Partner, vous avez une maitrise du droit du travail et avez de véritables qualités relationnelles avec un esprit d'équipe. Vous êtes pragmatique et faites preuve de recul. Doté d'un discours impactant tout en étant assertif, vous avez une bonne capacité à créer du lien avec vos interlocuteurs.
