Akkodis, acteur international et innovant, recherche un Key Account Manager Senior pour accompagner et développer ce partenariat clé.
Votre missionEn tant qu’interlocuteur·trice principal·e du client, vous serez au cœur de la relation :
- Développer et entretenir une relation de confiance solide et durable avec les interlocuteurs clés et sponsors exécutifs.
- Piloter la satisfaction client en assurant la livraison de solutions adaptées aux besoins et objectifs stratégiques.
- Suivre et anticiper les résultats commerciaux (P&L, prévisions trimestrielles et annuelles).
- Identifier de nouvelles opportunités et travailler main dans la main avec nos équipes recrutement, delivery, sales et globales pour générer de la croissance.
- Gérer et résoudre les demandes ou situations complexes avec proactivité et professionnalisme.
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et l’anglais.
- Vous disposez d’une solide expérience en tant que Key Account Manager ou dans une fonction similaire.
- Communicateur·trice hors pair, vous savez influencer, convaincre et inspirer tous les niveaux hiérarchiques.
- Orienté·e résultats, structuré·e et à l’aise avec la gestion de contrats et d’offres complexes.
- Compétences confirmées en écoute active, négociation et présentation.
- Diplômé·e d’un BA/BS en Business, Sales ou domaine équivalent.
- Connaissances financières et sens aigu du business.
Un atout : une expérience dans le secteurLife Sciences / pharmaceutiqueet une familiarité avec les outils/méthodes de gestion de projets et services.
