Votre missionVéritable ambassadeur·drice d’Akkodis auprès de notre client, vous serez le point de convergence entre vision stratégique, performance business et excellence opérationnelle.
Votre quotidien ?
Cultiver la relation client : construire et entretenir une confiance durable avec les décideurs et sponsors clés.
Piloter la réussite : garantir la satisfaction client en proposant des solutions alignées sur leurs enjeux business.
Gérer la performance : suivre les indicateurs commerciaux (P&L, forecasts) et anticiper les besoins futurs.
Stimuler la croissance : identifier de nouvelles opportunités et collaborer avec nos équipes recrutement, delivery, sales et globales pour les concrétiser.
Gérer la complexité avec agilité : traiter les situations sensibles avec tact, anticipation et professionnalisme.
Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais dans un contexte business.
Vous avez une expérience solide en Key Account Management ou en gestion de comptes stratégiques.
Vous êtes un·e communicateur·trice inspirant·e : influence, impact et storytelling font partie de votre ADN.
Vous aimez les challenges business, savez piloter des contrats complexes et garder une vision claire des résultats.
Vos compétences en écoute active, négociation et présentation font la différence.
Diplômé·e d’un BA/BS en Business, Sales ou équivalent, vous avez le sens du business et une bonne compréhension financière.
Un plus ? Une expérience dans le secteur Life Sciences / pharmaceutique et une familiarité avec les méthodes de gestion de projets et services.
