En tant que Head of Region, vous prenez la responsabilité complète de votre périmètre et devenez un acteur clé de notre équipe de leadership. Vous contribuez activement à la stratégie nationale et la traduisez en résultats concrets sur le terrain.
Votre missionPerformance & P&L
- Vous êtes responsable du P&L de votre région
- Vous définissez des objectifs en ligne avec la stratégie nationale et en garantissez l’atteinte
- Vous pilotez et analysez les KPI’s (sales, marge, productivité, fill rate…)
- Vous identifiez des leviers de croissance et mettez en œuvre les actions
Leadership & développement des équipes
- Vous inspirez, coachez et faites évoluer vos équipes (Area Managers, Branch Managers, équipes Sales & Operations)
- Vous insufflez une culture de performance, d’engagement et de responsabilité
- Vous identifiez et développez les talents
- Vous favorisez un environnement de travail positif et inclusif
Développement commercial
- Vous pilotez la mise en œuvre de la stratégie commerciale dans votre région
- Vous contribuez au développement des clients clés
- Vous maintenez une proximité avec le marché et vos clients pour capter les tendances et anticiper les besoins
- Vous identifiez de nouveaux leviers de croissance
Excellence opérationnelle
- Vous garantissez une qualité de service optimale
- Vous optimisez la performance de votre réseau d’agences
- Vous encouragez l’utilisation des outils et solutions digitales
- Vous améliorez l’expérience client et candidat
Collaboration & transformation
- Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes internes
- Vous développez des synergies avec les lignes de business
- Vous contribuez aux projets de transformation
Gouvernance & compliance
- Vous veillez au respect des règles légales et des standards internes
- Vous anticipez et gérez les risques
- Vous incarnez les valeurs et l’éthique de l’entreprise
- Vous avez une expérience confirmée en management régional ou multi-sites
- Vous avez une forte orientation business avec une responsabilité P&L avéréé.
- Vous évoluez avec aisance dans un environnement commercial et de services
- Vous Pssedez une bonne connaissance du marché belge
