Voor ons hoofdkantoor in Groot-Bijgaarden zoeken we een Accounts Payable Accountant die ons team versterkt voor een periode van 3 tot 6 maanden.

Jouw impactAls Accounts Payable Accountant ben jij een cruciale schakel in ons finance proces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alles klopt – van factuur tot betaling.
Wat je zoal doet:
- Je verwerkt aankoopfacturen en onkostennota’s correct en tijdig
- Je zorgt voor een vlotte en correcte uitvoering van betalingen (o.a. via Isabel)
- Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de leveranciersboekhouding (incl. btw- en fiscale regels)
- Je ondersteunt bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen
- Je staat in contact met leveranciers en interne stakeholders
- Je helpt mee aan analyses en cost allocations
- Je springt bij waar nodig en ondersteunt je collega’s
Kortom: jij zorgt voor overzicht, nauwkeurigheid en flow in onze financiële processen.
Wie ben jij?Je houdt van cijfers, werkt gestructureerd en denkt graag mee. Daarnaast:
- Heb je een bachelor in boekhouding (of gelijkwaardig)
- Heb je minstens 1 jaar ervaring in accounts payable of een gelijkaardige rol
- Ben je vlot tweetalig (NL/FR), zowel gesproken als geschreven
- Werk je nauwkeurig en analytisch
- Ben je een echte teamplayer met een klantgerichte mindset
- Schakel je makkelijk en hou je van een dynamische omgeving
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en het Frans op professioneel niveau
