Was Sie tun werden

Entgeltabrechnung vorbereiten: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und sorgst dafür, dass alles korrekt vorbereitet ist
Personalakten pflegen: Du führst und verwaltest Personalakten unter Einhaltung von Datenschutz und Datensicherheit
Digitale Tools kennenlernen: Du erhältst Einblicke in unser Personalwirtschaftssystem DATEV sowie in Themen rund um Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
Zahlen im Griff: Du erstellst Kalkulationstabellen und führst eigenständig Berechnungen durch
Organisation übernehmen: Du planst, beschaffst und verwaltest Büromaterial, damit im Büro alles reibungslos läuft
Recruiting erleben: Du bekommst spannende Einblicke ins Bewerbermanagement und lernst, wie wir Talente für unser Team gewinnen

Dein Schulabschluss: Du hast mindestens einen mittleren Schulabschluss (z. B. Realschule) und bist bereit, bei uns durchzustarten
Kommunikation liegt dir: Du kannst gut zuhören, klar sprechen und trittst freundlich sowie selbstbewusst auf
Service ist dein Ding: Du hast Spaß am Kontakt mit Menschen und möchtest Kunden und Bewerbende bestmöglich unterstützen
