Als Business Assistant (m/w/d) wirst du Teil unseres Teams am Standort Friedrichshafen.
Die Position ist auf 18 Monate befristet, mit der Option auf Verlängerung, in Teilzeit (20 Stunden/Woche).
- Unterstützung der Niederlassungsleitung und des Teams bei administrativen und organisatorischen Themen, inkl. Koordination von Terminen, Meetings, Reisen und Veranstaltungen
- Pflege von Daten, Dokumenten und Auswertungen sowie Ansprechperson für Kolleg:innen und Kund:innen bei organisatorischen Fragen
- Du unterstützt in der Personalsachbearbeitung, stimmst dich mit der Lohn- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung ab und hilfst bei Dienstreiseabrechnungen
- Mitwirkung an einem reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts am Standort
