Votre rôle est de détecter des opportunités d'emploi sur les jobboards et les recommander aux candidats accompagnés par le cabinet pour faciliter leur repositionnement professionnel.
Plus particulièrement :
- Prise en charge les demandes de collectes d'offres du marché ouvert pour des candidats accompagnés en renfort de l’Expert.e Connexion Marché
- Identifier et transmettre des offres d'emploi adaptées aux projets des candidats accompagnés
- Tracer les offres recommandées aux candidats dans l'outil
- Partager à l'Expert.e Connexion Marché toute information pouvant lui être utile pour initier un contact partenaires et qualifier certaines offres
- Sous la supervision de l'Expert Connexion Marché, suivre ses directives concernant les critères des offres à identifier et l'alerter en cas de difficultés
- Activités complémentaires : apporter un renfort à l’Expert.e Connexion Marché pour la saisie d’offres qualifiées dans l’outil
Profil recherché :
Compétences :
- Techniques de recherche d'emploi : Maîtrise des outils et plateformes de recherche d'emploi
- Connaissance du marché de l’emploi : Compréhension des tendances du marché du travail et des secteurs d'activité en évolution, avec une capacité à identifier les opportunités d'emploi
- Analyse des besoins des candidats : Aptitude à comprendre les projets et les aspirations professionnelles des candidats pour mieux les accompagner dans leur recherche d'emploi
- Capacités organisationnelles : Compétence dans le suivi et la gestion des offres d'emploi recommandées, avec attention aux détails pour tracer les informations dans l'outil.
Expérience et niveau d’études : Bac +2 ou Bac + 3, débutants acceptés, formation assurée

Esprit d'équipe et capacité à collaborer avec différents acteurs internes
