We are seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist with expertise in marketing automation systems to join our marketing team. This role focuses on the hands-on creation and management of marketing campaigns within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud environment specifically.Role reports to the Marketing Automation Manager.

- We offer a fully remote work environment. We prefer candidates in US (United States) eastern, GMT, or GMT +1 time zones, but we will consider qualified candidates in a variety of locations.
In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities:
Email and Campaign Execution
- Design, implement, and manage end-to-end digital campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Build and optimize email marketing campaigns, templates, and responsive designs to align with brand guidelines and performance best practices.
- Uphold brand integrity and ensure all emails are optimized for deliverability, engagement, and conversions.
- Utilize A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Develop and manage lead nurture journeys aligned with marketing objectives and conversion strategies.
Automation and Journey Building
- Set up, monitor, and maintain automated workflows and marketing journeys based on audience segmentation and campaign goals.
- Continuously refine journeys to enhance engagement and performance.
Reporting and Analysis
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Conduct regular reviews and develop a reporting structure based on stakeholder input and best practices.
- Communicate key findings and recommendations to relevant teams.
Data and Database Management
- Manage data extensions, segmentation, and list hygiene in SFMC.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and mitigation plans.
Collaboration and Request Fulfillment
- Work closely with global, regional, and cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Support ad-hoc marketing automation requests and assist in troubleshooting issues within SFMC.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Automation Manager and Project Manager to optimize internal processes (e.g., Asana) for efficiency and adoption.
All About You
PreferredQualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing automation, strong preference for Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience (proficiency in Email Studio, Web Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio)
- Minimum 3-4 years experience in a marketing automation role.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and Ampscript for responsive email design
- Experience with A/B testing and analytics tools.
- Experience with SQL and data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communicationand interpersonal skills.
AdditionalQualificationsa plus:
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
- Additional Marketing Automation platform certification.
- Knowledge of additional marketing platforms and integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

- 401K plan or non-qualified deferred compensation plan
- Paid Leave includes Personal Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and Parental Leave. PTO and holidays are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
Compensation: $62,000-$78,000plus annual bonus opportunity.
Placement within this range is determined based on experience, geography, and other compensatory factors.
