Für unser Datenschutzteam in unserer Konzernzentrale in Düsseldorf suchen wir einen Werkstudent im Bereich Datenschutz (m/w/d)
Deine Aufgaben- Mithilfe bei der Beratung und Betreuung der operativen Unternehmen sowie Querschnittsfunktionen der Adecco Group Germany in allen Themen rund um den Datenschutz
- Mitwirkung bei der Prüfung und Erstellung datenschutzrechtlich relevanter Dokumente und Vertragsunterlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung datenschutzkonformer Lösungen und Prozesse sowohl für die Unternehmen der Adecco Group Germany als auch für die Kundenbeziehungen
- Unterstützung des Datenverantwortlichen bei der Prüfung und Bearbeitung von Betroffenenanfragen
- Mitarbeit bei der Durchsetzung und Überwachung eines einheitlichen Datenschutzmanagements
- Begleitung bei Datenschutzfolgeabschätzungen und Unterstützung bei den softwaregestützten datenschutzrechtlichen Dokumentationen
- Mitarbeit bei der Organisation, Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Datenschutz-Audits
- Studium der Rechtswissenschaften oder des Wirtschaftsrechts oder eine vergleichbare Fachrichtung und zum Startzeitpunkt mindestens im vierten Semester oder bereits im Masterstudium
- Du hast Dir während Deines Studiums bereits relevante Fachkenntnisse im Bereich Datenschutzrecht angeeignet und/oder bringst Interesse für das Thema Datenschutz mit
- Du verfügst über ein analytisches Denkvermögen sowie strukturierte und lösungs- sowie praxisorientiere Arbeitsweise
- Sicher im Umgang mit Standard IT-Systemen, EDV-Anwendungen und neuen Medien, sowie technische Affinität und grundlegende Kenntnisse über IT-Infrastrukturen
- Du hast eine zuverlässige, motivierte und verantwortungsbewusste Persönlichkeit
- Ein hohes Maß an Kommunikationsfreude und Teamfähigkeit
- Fließende Deutsch – und Englisch-Kenntnisse
- Breites Themenspektrum aus Datenschutz, Informationssicherheit, IT-Recht/Audit
- Möglichkeit, eigene Ideen einzubringen und umzusetzen
