Zur Verstärkung unseres Legal & Compliance Teams suchen wir einen internenVertragsjuristen (m/w/d) mit erster Berufserfahrung, der das operative Geschäft aktiv unterstützt. Du verantwortest das operative Geschäft von Akkodis, einer Marke der Adecco Group in Deutschland im Bereich Digital Engineering – insbesondere in der Luftfahrt-, Verteidigungs- und Automobilindustrie – und sorgst dabei für rechtssichere Abläufe. Zudem bringst du Interesse an Legal Tech mit und unterstützt aktiv den Auf- und Ausbau unserer AI- und Legal-Operations-Tools.
Standort: Düsseldorf (hybrid)
Deine Aufgaben- Du berätst das Business zu rechtlichen Fragestellungen des operativen Tagesgeschäfts, insbesondere in Vertrieb, IP und Vertrags-/Claims-Management
- Du begleitest Verhandlungen mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Partnern unter Wahrung rechtlicher Risiken und mit wirtschaftlichem Fokus
- Du unterstützt selbstständig, gestaltest, prüfst und verhandelst Projektverträge in der Luftfahrt, Verteidigung und Automotive – sowohl in der Akquise- als auch in der Projektdurchführungsphase
- Du erstellst, pflegst und setzt Standardverträge, Vertragsmodule und Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen um
- Du führst interne Schulungen durch
- Du wirkst aktiv an der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer AI- und Legal-Operations-Tools mit
- Du hast dein Studium der Rechtswissenschaften erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügst über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst 2–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung mit juristischem Schwerpunkt aus einem Wirtschaftsunternehmen oder einer wirtschaftlich ausgerichteten Kanzlei mit, vorzugsweise im Vertragsrecht
- Du kommunizierst sicher und verhandelst souverän, dabei arbeitest du aktiv mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen zusammen
- Du interessierst dich für Legal Tech und AI und hast idealerweise praktische Erfahrung in diesen Bereichen
- Du übernimmst Aufgaben eigenverantwortlich, planst und organisierst Projekte systematisch und stellst sicher, dass Aufgaben termingerecht und qualitativ abgeschlossen werden
- Du verfügst über verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
