Deine Aufgaben- Du unterstützt bei der vollständigen Vor- und Nachbereitung sowie der termingerechten Durchführung der monatlichen Gehaltsabrechnung mit DATEV LODAS und übernimmst das gesamte Melde- und Bescheinigungswesen
- Du bearbeitest alle administrativen Aufgaben rund um die Abrechnung und hilfst aktiv bei der Optimierung interner HR-Prozesse
- Du bist Ansprechpartner:in für abrechnungsrelevante Fragestellungen von Mitarbeitenden, Krankenkassen, Behörden und Steuerberatern
- Du unterstützt bei der Eingabe und Pflege der Personalstammdaten in SAP SuccessFactors
- Du sorgst für eine reibungslose Zusammenarbeit zwischen HR, Accounting und externen Partnern im Abrechnungsprozess
- Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entgeltabrechnung, idealerweise mit DATEV LODAS
- Du kennst dich sicher mit Sozialversicherungs-, Steuer- und Arbeitsrecht aus
- Du bist versiert im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere MS Excel, und bringst eine hohe Zahlenaffinität mit
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und sorgfältig, bist serviceorientiert und kommunikationsstark im Team
