Für unsere Hauptverwaltung in Düsseldorf suchen wir dich als neues Teammitglied für die interne Position HR Administration Coordinator.

Die Stelle ist unbefristet und in Teilzeit (30–35 Stunden pro Woche) zu besetzen.

Deine Aufgaben

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
Erste Berufserfahrung im Personalwesen ist von Vorteil
Du verfügst über gute Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht
Du hast Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS Office sowie HR-Software, vorzugsweise SAP SuccessFactors
Eine strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise sowie ein vertraulicher Umgang mit sensiblen Daten zeichnen dich aus
Klare Kommunikation und Teamfähigkeit runden dein Profil ab

Dein Profil

Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Personal
