Als Teamleitung Middle Office (m/w/d) bist Du in unserem Dienstleistungscenter (DLC) in Duisburg ansässig.
Was Du tun wirst?- Disziplinarische, fachliche und organisatorische Führung von ca. 20 Mitarbeitenden
- Sicherstellung von ca. 15.000 Lohnabrechnungen unter Einhaltung aller unternehmensinternen Richtlinien sowie gesetzlichen Vorschriften
- Eigenständige und aktive Unterstützung des Abteilungsleiters sowie dem Head of Middle Office in operativen, administrativen und organisatorischen Belangen
- Sicherstellung der regelmäßigen Rechnungslegung an die Kunden
- Koordination, Verbesserung und Kontrolle von internen Prozessen
- Durchführung von Förderungsmaßnahmen (z.B. Initiierung von Schulungen und Weiterbildungen)
- Beraten und Betreuen der Führungskräfte und Mitarbeiter der Außenorganisation, insbesondere Klärung aller administrativen- sowie der steuer- und sozial-versicherungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Durchführung von Einstellungs-, Kündigungs-, und Mitarbeitergesprächen
- Abgeschlossenes Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Personalmanagement, Arbeits- / Organisationspsychologie oder Pädagogik, alternativ eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit personalwirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt mit Zusatzqualifikation z. B. als Personalfachkaufmann/-frau
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Erste Erfahrung als Führungskraft wünschenswert
- Sichere Kenntnisse im Steuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Arbeitstools wie z. B. Office 365 und hohe IT-Affinität, welche Ihnen hilft kontinuierlich die Digitalisierung voranzutreiben
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Offenheit für neue Wege
