Deine AufgabenFür die Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sachbearbeiter Lohnbuchhaltung (m/w/d)für unseren Standort Fulda.
Durchführung von ordnungs- und zeitgemäßen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungen mit der DATEB Software „Lodas“ unter Beachtung der vertraglichen Vereinbarungen und gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für rund 1000 Mitarbeiter*in.
- Kontinuierliche Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit dem Dienstleistungscenter, den Niederlassungen und externen Stellen (z.B. Krankenkassen, Arbeitsamt, Finanzamt)
- Korrespondenz mit Ämtern und anderen staatlichen Behörden
- Eingabe und Pflege der Personalstammdaten der Mitarbeiter*innen in das firmeninterne Zeiterfassungssystem
- Durchführung des gesamten Meldewesens, insbesondere der Sozialversicherung
- Zeitgemäße Erstellung von Bescheinigungen an verschiedene Stellen (Ämter, Behörden)
- Abwicklung der kompletten Pfändungsvorgänge inkl. des dazugehörigen Schriftverkehrs und ggf. die manuelle Ermittlung der pfändbaren Beträge
- Abwicklung von Betrieblicher Altersvorsorge, vermögenswirksamer Leistungen, Dienstwägen, Mutterschutz und Beschäftigungsverbot
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung/als Steuerfachangestellte*r
- Idealerweise Berufserfahrung im Bereich Lohn und Gehalt
- Kenntnisse im Lohnsteuer- und Sozialversicherungsrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Erfahrung mit einem Buchhaltungssystemen, idealerweise DATEV
