Estamos à procura de um profissional apaixonado pela área de Tecnologia da Informação (TI) para se juntar à nossa equipa de Recrutamento Especializado como IT Consultant.
Qual será o teu papel?
Como IT Consultant, a tua missão será gerir uma carteira de clientes, através do acompanhamento e seguimento dos clientes ativos e da prospeção e conquista de novos clientes. Serás responsável por identificar as necessidades específicas de TI de cada cliente e de gerir processos de recrutamento e seleção do inicio ao fim, assim como cumprir os procedimentos internos da qualidade e contribuir ativamente para a melhoria continua do serviço. Deverás garantir a implementação bem-sucedida de soluções tecnológicas e fornecer suporte para garantir a satisfação do cliente.
O que é necessário para ter sucesso nesta posição?
- Experiência em TI:Deves ter experiência na área comercial e/ou recrutamento (preferencial), com conhecimentos abrangentes em áreas como desenvolvimento de software, infraestrutura de rede, segurança da informação ou outras especializações relevantes.
- Habilitações literárias:Formação superior em ciências sociais ou equivalentes
- Orientação comercial:Identifica oportunidades de negócio, tendo em consideração o ambiente económico e a diferenciação face à concorrência. Procura ativa e entusiasticamente novos desafios para ser bem-sucedido, adaptando o horário de trabalho à medida dos objetivos.
- Orientação para o Cliente:Deves compreender profundamente as necessidades dos clientes e fornecer soluções que atendam às suas expectativas e requisitos.
- Relacionamento interpessoal:Revela interesse e compreensão pelos outros, trabalhando eficazmente com indivíduos e equipas, clientes e candidatos. Reconhece a contribuição dos colegas e constrói espírito de equipa.
- Resolução de Problemas:Deves ser um solucionador de problemas habilidoso, capaz de identificar e resolver desafios técnicos de forma eficaz.
- Trabalho em Equipa:Colaborarás com colegas de diferentes especializações, portanto, a capacidade de trabalhar bem em equipa é crucial.
