Votre mission :
En tant qu’IT Business Partner au sein de la Direction IT & Digital, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la transformation digitale de LHH. Vous êtes le point de contact privilégié entre les équipes métiers et IT, aussi bien au niveau local que global. Vous facilitez la compréhension mutuelle des besoins business et des solutions technologiques, et contribuez à la réussite des projets stratégiques du groupe.
Vos principales responsabilités :
Piloter le déploiement, l’adoption et la maintenance évolutive des solutions Back Office et Front Office mises en place par les équipes IT & Digital.
Piloter et coordonner l’intégration des outils LHH France avec les solutions globales du groupe.
Contribuer activement aux projets stratégiques : suivi des livrables, gestion des risques, , reporting et conseil aux parties prenantes tout au long du cycle de vie projet.
Accompagner la mise en place de solutions technologiques pour certains projets clients, en garantissant le respect des processus d’achat, de conformité et de sécurité, ainsi que le pilotage des prestataires.
Veiller à la conformité technologique des solutions avec les standards IT du groupe, en lien avec les équipes Architecture IT et DevOps.
Centraliser et harmoniser les réponses aux questionnaires Sécurité lors des appels d’offres clients.
Assurer un reporting précis et régulier sur l’avancement des initiatives et la réalisation des objectifs.
Profil recherché
Vous êtes passionné·e par l’innovation, curieux·se, rigoureux·se et doté·e d’un excellent sens du service. Vous savez dialoguer avec des interlocuteurs variés, comprendre leurs enjeux et les traduire en solutions concrètes et performantes.
Vos atouts
Formation supérieure en informatique ou équivalent.
Expérience confirmée en gestion de projets IT et en coordination entre équipes métiers et IT.
Bonne connaissance des environnements Back/Front Office, des processus de sécurité et de compliance.
Aisance dans un contexte international, avec un anglais professionnel indispensable.
Excellentes compétences relationnelles, de communication et de gestion de prestataires.
Leadership, sens de la coordination, maîtrise des outils collaboratifs et des environnements cloud.
Connaissance approfondie des standards de sécurité et de conformité.
