Sous la responsabilité de la Directrice du Contrôle de Gestion, vous piloterez l’équipe Administration des Ventes afin de garantir la bonne exécution des processus de gestion administrative de l’entreprise.

Vos missions :

- Manager et développer les compétences de l’équipe ADV (équipe de 15 personnes)

- Coordonner la partie administrative (facturation, gestion des FAE).

- Veiller au respect des règles conventionnelles, contractuelles, légales et des procédures internes

- Collecter les informations nécessaires à la création des projets

- Garantir la fiabilité de la facturation, gérer les réclamations et/ou litiges et proposer des solutions


- Favoriser et coordonner la communication entre les différents services de l’entreprise (sales, ops, finance)

- Être force de proposition sur les évolutions de process et outils

-  Interagir avec les CP/DP pour la maitrise des risques clients et le bon déroulement de la facturation


Vous faites preuve d’un excellent sens de l’organisation, gérant les tâches et les priorités avec rigueur et précision. Doté(e) d’un esprit analytique vous proposez des actions concrètes pour résoudre les problèmes rencontrés.

Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en management. Vous savez favoriser un environnement de travail collaboratif et encourager le développement des compétences de vos collaborateurs.

Vos compétences en communication, à l’écrit comme à l’oral, sont excellentes, et vous savez expliquer des procédures complexes de manière claire et concise.

Vous êtes orienté vers la satisfaction client et collaborez efficacement avec les autres départements.

Enfin, vous maîtrisez le pack office ainsi que les outils internes (SX, Salesforce, Orbit, IAS).
