LHH, Cabinet Conseil en Ressources Humaines, recrute dans le cadre des projets de transformations des clients qu’il accompagne (mobilité interne, mobilité externe), un(e) Assistant(e) PGM dont la principale mission sera d’assurer la gestion administrative des salariés en congé de reclassement ainsi que le suivi des dossiers de formations.

Dans ce cadre, les missions du/de l’Assistant(e) PGM sont les suivantes :

Au sein du département PGM (Pôle de Gestion des Mobilités) et en interface avec le consultant, le salarié, le centre de formation, la comptabilité … vous serez en charge de sécuriser les dossiers des salariés en congés de reclassement, en conformité avec les mesures sociales d’accompagnement négociées dans un PSE :

·       Traitement administratif des dossiers formation : inscription, contrôle du devis, des conventions de formation, attestation de présence.

·       Suivi de la prise en charge financière : signature de l’engagement de prise en charge, mise en place des échéanciers de paiement, signatures des autorisations de paiement de facture et transmission à la comptabilité.

·       Réception, contrôle et suivi des éléments variables de paie,

·       Saisie et fiabilisation des tableaux de suivi / reporting : suivi du budget global et individuel à destination du client  

·       Interlocuteur des salariés et des consultants sur leur dossier de formation et frais

·       Classement/ archivages des dossiers de formations 


·       Licence RH / Master 1 RH ou équivalent

·       Une première expérience RH idéalement sur des sujets paie et / ou formation

·       Très bonne maitrise de l’outil Excel et plus généralement du pack office
