Rattaché(e) au Responsable des Services Généraux, vous assurez la gestion quotidienne de vos sites :
- Mettre à jour de la base de données à destination du Réseau et enregistrer les modifications liées à la gestion d'un site.
- Assurer le suivi des contrats avec toutes sociétés extérieures (entretien, incendie, eau…), leurs souscriptions, leurs résiliations
- Assurer les activités et le suivi administratif des dossiers et/ou ceux du service
- Centraliser et/ou classer des documents
- Coordonner et produire les pièces demandées par le réseau et/ou les interlocuteurs externes
- Formaliser la fermeture des contrats
- Participer aux fermetures d’agence
- Gérer les factures : contrôler les uploads, faire corriger les anomalies, renseigner le réseau sur le sujet
- Gérer les sinistres et accompagner le réseau jusqu'à la résolution définitive du problème
- Assurer la gestion du processus OFA
· Diplômé d’un BAC +2, vous disposez d’une bonne base technique et êtes capable de suivre et de piloter des chantiers
· Vous connaissez l’environnement réglementaire des baux commerciaux
· Vous avez de réelles qualités rédactionnelles (rédaction de courriers, courriels et notes de synthèse)
Pour ce poste il vous faudra posséder un goût pour la planification et l’organisation.
Très bon communiquant, avec de réelles qualités relationnelles et d'adaptation, vous êtes en capacité d’interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés.
