Ce poste est ouvert aux profils de stage longue durée ou de reconversion professionnelle offrant une opportunité idéale pour débuter une carrière dans le secteur administratif.

En tant qu’Assistant Administratif, vous serez au cœur des activités quotidiennes, contribuant à la gestion efficace des tâches administratives. Votre capacité à organiser et à communiquer sera mise à profit pour garantir la fluidité des processus internes.
Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des visites médicales, des contrats, la relance des heures, l’archivage, la saisie des données sur des logiciels spécifiques et l’utilisation des outils Microsoft Office, tout en assurant une communication fluide avec les différents interlocuteurs de l’entreprise.
Ce poste est proposé pour les stages de longue durée ou reconversion professionnelle. Il est à temps plein (35H), avec des horaires de journée, pour une durée de 6 mois en stage. La prise de poste est prévue au plus tôt.
Nous recherchons un·e professionnel·le rigoureux·se et adaptable, capable de s’intégrer rapidement dans un environnement dynamique. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne organisée, dotée d’excellentes compétences en communication et d’une capacité à s’adapter aux changements.
