About the role

The GRC Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring consistent, high-quality service delivery across all accounts supported by the site.  This role focuses on execution—driving service excellence, operational discipline, and the seamless transition of new business into the site. The Operations Manager serves as the subject matter expert (SME) on local country operations, technology, and governance, ensuring alignment between site capabilities, client needs, and business strategy. This role is critical in embedding a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and customer focus across all delivery teams.

What you’ll be doing

Service Delivery & Operational Execution

  • Own day-to-day service delivery for accounts, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations are consistently achieved.
  • Serve as the primary service delivery point of contact for client and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with account leaders and delivery teams to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring proactive and sustainable solutions.
  • Drive alignment between business goals, delivery operations, and client outcomes.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement

  • Champion operational management best practices, including daily huddles, visual management, and performance coaching.
  • Implement Lean principles to drive efficiency, standardization, and quality improvements across all delivery processes.
  • Lead structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis to address recurring issues and strengthen service stability.
  • Partner with the Site Leader to track site-level metrics, contributing to the GRC Site Scorecard and monthly business reviews.

Governance & Change Management

  • Execute strong operational governance routines to monitor performance, compliance, and risk.
  • Support organizational and client change initiatives by ensuring operational readiness, communication, and adoption of new processes.
  • Anticipate operational impacts of business or client changes and develop mitigation plans to sustain performance.
  • Drive consistency and standardization across teams through process documentation, training, and reinforcement.

Technology & Agentic AI Enablement

  • Serve as the site contact for technology and tools—partnering with global IT and agentic AI teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with tech strategy.
  • Identify and champion opportunities to leverage technology for efficiency and service improvement.
  • Support implementation of new systems, ensuring user adoption, compliance, and process integration.

Implementation & Transition Management

  • Lead the operational setup and onboarding for new accounts transitioning into the site.
  • Ensure process readiness, knowledge transfer, and seamless stabilization into steady-state operations.
  • Collaborate across functions to manage timelines, risks, and resourcing for smooth transitions as part of the core team with the Implementation Project Manager.

Country Expertise & Compliance

  • Act as the subject matter expert (SME) on local country labor rules, compliance requirements, and operating practices.
  • Advise leadership and client teams on local nuances that impact service delivery, workforce management, or business operations.
  • Ensure site practices align with country regulations and organizational policies.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead and coach team leads and supervisors to strengthen their operational management capability.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning aligned with company values.
About you
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in operations or service delivery within a shared services or offshore environment.
  • Proven experience managing delivery teams and overseeing service performance across multiple accounts.
  • Strong understanding of Lean and continuous improvement principles (certification preferred).
  • Demonstrated success leading operational transitions, governance routines, and performance management frameworks.
  • Deep knowledge of local country regulations, workforce practices, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-cultural communication abilities.
  • Effective in change management—able to support and sustain organizational and process changes.
  • Proactive, accountable, and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on outcomes and service excellence.
  • Collaborative team player who builds trust and alignment across diverse functions and geographies.
