As a Delivery Lead you bring strong problem-solving, negotiation skills and a deep understanding of program and project management methodologies, delivery approaches and IT systems. You will be part of the program leadership team, responsible for delivering a large-scale digital transformation programs taking accountability for program success, navigating complex environments to deliver value-driven outcomes.
The role reports directly to the Head of Enterprise Program Delivery, with opportunities to step into the Head of Function role for specific elements of program delivery and ongoing career growth.

As an experienced Delivery Management professional, you will have demonstrated expertise in managing complex systems integration programs within a highly regulated environment. You will possess strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across both executive and delivery teams.
You will:
- Define and maintain the program structure, governance, and reporting frameworks.
- Develop and manage program plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Ensure alignment of program outcomes with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Provide leadership to delivery managers and teams, fostering collaboration across workstreams.
- Identify, assess, and manage the program's risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including business, technical, and third-party vendors.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships by providing clear communication and updates that align with program goals.
- Foster a quality mindset across the program to ensure deliverables meet agreed standards and client expectations.
- Drive organisational change initiatives associated with the program.
- Maintain strict adherence to budgetary controls and contractual obligations.
- Conduct program post-mortems to capture lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, legal, and ethical standards.
- Represent Adecco with professionalism, maintaining objectivity and confidentiality, acting as an ethical and trusted advisor, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the engagement.

Your background will demonstrate:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, information technology or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in program or project management (such as MSP or PRINCE2), along with technical knowledge and experience in platforms such as AWS and Microsoft technologies, particularly D365 and Fabric.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies like the Australian Institute of Project Management (AIPM) or Project Management Institute (PMI) is desirable.
- Program management relevant certifications that support awareness or recognise experience is desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large, complex programs, including defining program structures, managing interdependent projects, and ensuring alignment with organisational goals
- Proven ability to define and manage program portfolios, balancing competing priorities and ensuring optimal resource allocation to achieve strategic objectives
- Extensive experience in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment across diverse program teams
- Strong track record of proactively identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks, with a focus on minimising impact and maintaining program momentum
- Practical experience in managing projects using recognised methodologies to deliver outcomes aligned with program objectives, ensuring consistent governance and stakeholder engagement
- Demonstrated experience in developing and using metrics to monitor program performance, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organisational objectives
- Practical experience in tracking and ensuring the delivery of expected benefits, aligning program outputs with client business objectives
- Hands-on experience in managing program budgets, including forecasting, tracking expenditures, and ensuring financial accountability
- Extensive experience in implementing governance frameworks, facilitating effective decision-making, and ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory standards
- Proven ability to plan and execute organisational change initiatives, ensuring successful transitions to new ways of working and embedding program outcomes.
