HR Manager

As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in providing comprehensive HR support to the business, partnering with the Management Team to deliver the Group’s HR strategy locally. You will be responsible for driving people initiatives, ensuring compliance with HR policies and labour regulations, and supporting the business in attracting, developing, and retaining talented professionals.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and colleagues, helping to create an engaging workplace culture aligned with The Adecco Group’s values, principles, and business objectives. Through strong stakeholder management and a focus on continuous improvement, you will contribute to achieving HR KPIs and building a strong talent pipeline for the future.
What you’ll be doing- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to the Management Team, providing guidance and support across all areas of HR.
- Implement and support the execution of The Adecco Group’s HR strategy at a local level, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Ensure HR practices comply with local labour law regulations, Group policies, and internal standards.
- Lead initiatives focused on employee engagement, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage talent acquisition activities, including identifying and recruiting talented professionals for internal positions.
- Apply competency frameworks and assessment solutions to support effective and successful selection processes.
- Partner with Marketing and Management teams to strengthen employer branding and develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) that attracts and retains top talent.
- Continuously improve onboarding processes by identifying opportunities and implementing actions to enhance the new colleague experience.
- Support and drive the Performance Management process across the business.
- Identify high-potential employees and support talent management initiatives, including development plans and succession planning for key roles.
- Coordinate and monitor learning and development activities, ensuring training plans meet business and employee needs.
- Support compensation and benefits processes, ensuring alignment with internal policies and market practices.
- Prepare and analyse HR reports to support business decision-making.
- Participate in Group HR projects and ensure successful local implementation.
- Promote The Adecco Group’s values and principles, ensuring they are reflected in people management practices.
- You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Social Sciences, Psychology, or a related field. A Master’s degree in HR Management is preferred.
- You have 5+ years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles, ideally within a multinational organisation.
- You have proven experience across key HR areas, including Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Employee Engagement.
- You have a successful track record of attracting, developing, and engaging talented professionals.
- You have good knowledge of labour law, HR practices, and HR policies.
- You are fluent in English and confident using MS Office and HR reporting tools.
- You are a result-driven, collaborative, and adaptable professional with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
