Je ondersteunt ons netwerk van agentschappen door de juiste kandidaten te werven voor hun bediendenvacature met vaste aanwerving en onze bestaande klanten te beheren. Jij bent de sleutelfiguur die kandidaten en bedrijven samenbrengt, van het eerste contact tot de succesvolle plaatsing.
Wat ga je doen?- Rekruteren met impact: Door jouw scherpe oog voor talent vind je de beste kandidaten voor functies in HR, Sales, Logistiek en Finance. Je voert (pre)screenings en interviews uit en koppelt de juiste mensen aan de juiste jobs.
- Matchmaker pur sang: Jouw doel? Zoveel mogelijk matches maken tussen vacatures en kandidaten. Je voert diepte-interviews, begeleidt kandidaten tijdens hun loopbaan en biedt passende oplossingen aan onze klanten.
- Networking genius: Je ondersteund je collega's binnden de Adecco -groep, samen met hun bouw je sterke relaties op verschillende niveaus binnen organisaties en blijft continu op zoek naar nieuwe kansen voor cross-selling.
- Excellente service bieden: Je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratieve opvolging en houdt het klanten- en kandidaatendossier steeds up-to-date.
