Als Senior Sales Consultant ben jij een sleutelfiguur in de groei van jouw kantoor. Je schakelt vlot tussen klanten, kandidaten en strategie – en maakt elke dag het verschil.
Commerciële drive & business development
- Je bouwt actief mee aan de commerciële strategie samen met de Branch Manager
- Je spot opportuniteiten en vertaalt die naar concrete deals
- Je prospecteert gericht en haalt nieuwe klanten binnen
- Je bent aanwezig bij klantgesprekken en overtuigt met jouw expertise
- Je positioneert jezelf als trusted advisor in rekrutering en HR
Talent acquisition & matchmaking
- Je gaat actief op zoek naar sterke profielen via jobboards, social media, events en netwerken
- Je zorgt voor een top candidate experience, van eerste contact tot opstart
- Je matcht talenten met de juiste opportuniteiten – snel én kwalitatief
- Je begeleidt en coacht kandidaten richting succes
Jouw profiel: commercieel, ondernemend en mensgericht
- Je hebt ervaring in recruitment, HR of een commerciële rol
- Je hebt een sterke commerciële mindset en denkt in kansen
- Targets motiveren jou en teamwork geeft je energie
- Je bent dynamisch, communicatief en resultaatgericht
- Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en houdt meerdere ballen in de lucht
- Je spreekt vlot Frans (extra talen zijn een plus)
- Je hebt een rijbewijs B en bent graag onderweg naar klanten
