Grâce à notre centre de formation interne, Adecco Onsite vous propose un parcours professionnalisant pour développer une expertise en recrutement tout en validant un BAC+4.
Intégré(e) à l'équipe pendant 15 mois, votre rythme sera de 3 semaines en entreprise et 1 semaine de formation à distance avec nos formateurs dédiés.

Votre formation :
Grâce à un parcours de formation de près de 600 heures, vous apprenez à élaborer un processus de recrutement selon les besoins du client, mettre en place une stratégie de sourcing, évaluer les profils des candidats dans le respect des principes d’inclusion et de non-discrimination et à assurer l’adéquation entre les besoins employeurs et les profils des candidats sélectionnés.

🎓 Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+2 à Bac+3, vous savez jongler avec plusieurs missions simultanément et êtes passionné (e) par les recrutements, la relation commerciale et l’innovation sociale.
💡 Communicant(e) et à l’écoute, vous créez facilement du lien avec les candidats et clients.
🎯 Organisé(e) et persévérant(e), vous aimez relever les défis et trouver les meilleures solutions.
