Nell'ambito della funzione Finance, in collaborazione con i Team di Operation e con il Funds Team, si occupa dell'analisi delle opportunità di finanziamento, previa verifica della fattibilità e strategicità dei progetti, e della costruzione del budget e del piano finanziario in fase di presentazione.
In particolare, inoltre, si occupa della gestione amministrativa e finanziaria di progetti europei finanziati dall’Unione Europea attraverso fondi diretti o indiretti Fse e Fami, quali ad esempio: AMIF, CERV, Digital Europe, Erasmus+, Horizon Europe in coordinamento con il team Eu-Funding Mylia.
Responsabilità
- Studia la normativa delle fonti di riferimento, verifica i parametri quantitativi/economici e verifica la fattibilità/finanziabilità/redditività dei progetti in valutazione
- Analizza fattibilità finanziaria, costruisce budget di progetto e ne monitora lo stato di avanzamento (nelle fasi di delivery) fino all'attività di rendicontazione
- Gestisce la delivery economica dei progetti finanziati, inclusi quelli internazionali, in ambito education
- Predisposizione report periodici stato di avanzamento progetto in conformità con le normative dell’UE e nel rispetto delle scadenze e i requisiti stabiliti dal programma di finanziamento
- Dialoga con capofila, partner di progetto e clienti.
- Gestisce audit di progetto
- Gestisce l'accreditamento e il mantenimento dello stesso sui vari fondi
- Tiene sotto controllo la compliance in relazione ai progetti gestiti
- Comunica alla rete tutte le procedure e i processi riguardarti la delivery stabilite dai fondi
- Analizza i parametri quantitativi/economici e verifica la conseguente finanziabilità e redditività dei progetti in valutazione
- Contribuisce allo sviluppo delle linee guida e della documentazione funzionali a interventi formativi e di aggiornamento in ambito legale-normativo per il personale del Gruppo
Disponibilità a Viaggi e Spostamenti
Occasionale (<20%).
NB: La sede di lavoro verrà individuata, insieme al/alla candidato/candidata prescelto/a c/o una delle sedi Adecco Formazione a Milano o Bologna.
- Laurea in materie umanistiche e/o economiche.
- Costituirà titolo preferenziale l’aver conseguito Master in Risorse Umane.
Altri Requisiti
- Conoscenza delle principali app della suite Office 365 (Teams, Lists, Planner, Forms, Sharepoint)
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (B1-B2).
- Abilità nel gestire il ciclo di vita del progetto formativo (avvio, monitoraggio e rendicontazione)
- Predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi.
- Capacità di analisi e problem solving.
- Customer orientation.
