INFRASTRUCTURE & OPERATIONS IT H/F

Au sein de l'équipe Infrastructure & Operations, l'alternant participe à l'exploitation, au maintien en conditions opérationnelles et à l'évolution des infrastructures IT. Il intervient sur les environnements Systems, Hosting et Data Management en support des équipes expertes dans notre agence à Toulouse.
MISSIONS PRINCIPALES
Participer à l’exploitation et au support des infrastructures IT.
Contribuer au traitement des incidents et demandes utilisateurs.
Participer à l’amélioration continue et à l’automatisation des services.
Contribuer aux projets VmWare, Azure HCI, Azure Arc et infrastructures cloud hybrides.
Participer aux migrations de stockage et aux projets de continuité d’activité.
Contribuer aux projets réseau, datacenter et sécurité.
Participer aux analyses de causes racines et aux plans d’actions.
Documenter les procédures techniques et partager les bonnes pratiques.
COMPÉTENCES TECHNIQUES RECHERCHÉES
Administration Windows Server , Linux.
Fondamentaux réseaux : TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN.
Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V ou équivalent).
Connaissances Microsoft Azure et services cloud.
Notions de stockage, sauvegarde et PRA/PCA.
PowerShell.
Sensibilité cybersécurité et gestion des accès.
Connaissance des pratiques ITIL appréciée.
Profil recherché
Vous préparez un Bac +3/4.
Vous recherchez une alternance d'une ou deux années.
Une première connaissance des environnements informatiques, de l'administration de systèmes ou de logiciels constitue un atout.
