Akkodis renforce ses équipes et recrute un Contrôleur de Gestion H/F en CDI à Blagnac.
Sous la responsabilité du Responsable Contrôle de Gestion Régional, vous pilotez le contrôle de gestion du périmètre confié (40M€).
Vos principales missions seront :
• Élaboration des budgets et des forecasts
• Réalisation du reporting mensuel
• Pilotage des clôtures mensuelles
• Suivi des indicateurs de performance
• Analyse des écarts et préconisation d’actions correctives
• Gestion des encours
• Gestion du cash
• Calcul des variables
Sur le périmètre confié, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur de Région, les Managers opérationnels et les Commerciaux que vous accompagnez au quotidien dans la gestion optimale de leurs activités.
Vous organisez également des revues avec les équipes ADV (Administration des Ventes) de votre périmètre pour établir le suivi des facturations, des encours, des règlements, des litiges
• De formation bac+5 (Ecole de Commerce ou équivalent universitaire) en finance / contrôle de gestion, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative et réussie de la fonction de 3 ans minimum (sans compter les alternances), acquise au sein d'une société de service ou d'une ESN.
• Autonome, rigoureux(se) et réactif(ve), votre dimension opérationnelle est avérée.
• Vous disposez d’un excellent relationnel qui vous permettra de collaborer efficacement avec l’ensemble de vos interlocuteurs.
