This new approach will, for the first time, see the Royal Navy, the British Army, and the Royal Air Force have a joint Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS). Delivered through a partnership of the MOD, Serco, Adecco and a consortium of partners, this service will provide end-to-end support from candidate attraction to assessment, onboarding, and Phase 1 training.About the roleThe role of the Internal Recruiter is to manage volume hiring (360) for this key service. Reporting into the Recruitment Delivery Director, you will be part of a key team of three delivering a timely in-house recruitment service to operational teams. This is an end-to-end recruitment role which involves advertising, screening (CV review and initial interview) and selecting candidates to ensure the best fit for the company's culture and needs. As an Internal Recruiter you represent Adecco as an employer of choice and support the business to select the best talent through a variety of methods ensuring best practices are maintained for our internal recruitment and selection processes. You will work with the business to ensure that we have an inclusion approach to the attraction, selection, and onboarding of our candidates.Key ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Maintain close relationships with operational teams to understand the nature of current and future resourcing requirements. • Working with the local leadership team to create content for our employee value proposition presented to the market. • Advertise all live roles on our ATS and other channels. • Review routes to market, positioning, and volume of applications. • Shortlist, arrange video interviews and provide feedback to candidates. • Schedule assessments (in-person interviews and when needed selection events) to meet volume requirements. • Full offer and contract management. • Onboarding (via third party) and induction management (including right to work checks). • End to end management of the ATS. • Assist the business to identify opportunities for hiring process improvements. • Work with the business / engage Hiring Managers to follow process. • Analyse and utilise internal and external data to support the drive for greater inclusion. • Contribute to reports on hiring (to inform future hiring decisions and resourcing strategy).About you• Current / recent hands-on experience of 360 volume hiring (c100 hires a year) – gained within an RPO/MSP or In-house environment. • Ability to build relationships across multiple levels of an organisation. • Ability to present perspectives and proposals across varying levels of the organisation. • Excellent customer service skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Excellent organisational skills. • Ability to engage in discussion with various stakeholder from different backgrounds. • Able to demonstrate credibility in role. • Ability to review, interpret and present data for actionable delivery. Preferred Experience • Candidates with current / recent experience of hiring within a regulated industry (e.g. Financial Services, Government or Security). • Candidates with current / recent experience of hiring for Recruitment (HR) and / or HR contact centre roles.InclusionWe believe in talent, not labels.
