Für unseren Standort in Berlin suchen wir eine:n 360° Recruitment Consultant (m/w/d) in der Direktvermittlung mit Fokus auf IT - Talente. Du kannst die Position jedoch auch von unserem Standort in Köln aus ausüben.
In dieser Rolle begleitest Du den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess end-to-end – von der aktiven Kandidatenansprache über die Beratung unserer Kunden bis hin zum erfolgreichen Placement von IT-Expert:innen. Wenn Du bereits Erfahrung im Recruiting oder im Sales-nahen Umfeld gesammelt hast und Dich im IT-Umfeld zu Hause fühlst, bieten wir Dir die Möglichkeit, Deine Expertise gezielt einzusetzen und weiter auszubauen.
Deine Aufgaben- Du identifizierst, akquirierst und überzeugst hochqualifizierte IT-Expert:innen und baust so unsere Talent-Pipeline kontinuierlich aus.
- Du führst strukturierte Auswahl- und Interviewprozesse durch, um sicherzustellen, dass Kandidat:innen perfekt zu den Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen passen.
- Du baust langfristige Beziehungen zu IT-Expert:innen, Kund:innen und internen Stakeholdern auf und pflegst diese aktiv.
- Du bleibst immer up-to-date zu den neuesten Trends im IT-Bereich, um unseren Kund:innen fundierte Beratung und Insights zu liefern.
- Du verhandelst Verträge, Gehälter und Konditionen souverän und sorgst dafür, dass die Platzierung unserer IT-Expert:innen erfolgreich ist.
- Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich der Rekrutierung von IT-Experten
- Tiefes Verständnis für Engineering-Technologien und -Anwendungen
- Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Überzeugungskraft
- Fähigkeit zur Entwicklung von langfristigen Beziehungen und Netzwerken
- Proaktive und ergebnisorientierte Einstellung
- Kenntnisse im Vertragsmanagement und Verhandlungsgeschick
- Teamfähigkeit und Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen
- Fließend Deutsch & Englisch ist zwingend erforderlich
