We are seeking adynamic strategic and visionary Transformation and Change Management Lead to drive organization-wide change initiatives and lead transformation programs aligned with our business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing global strategic change management initiatives, engaging stakeholders, sparkling purpose and engagement, and driving seamless adoption of an exciting and unique transformation across processes, systems, and culture for Procurement and Real Estate function in TAG.
Responsibilities
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
·Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, including digital, operational, and organizational change initiatives.
·Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support adoption and minimize resistance.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify change impacts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
·Drive stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans to ensure successful change implementation.
·Act as visual role model and change agent across the entire global organization
·Enhance vision and purpose by excellent communication, visualization and influential tools, to accelerate the transformation with purpose and impact
·Design and conduct change readiness assessments, gap analyses, and risk mitigation strategies.
·Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and continuously improve the change approach.
·Build a culture of agility, innovation, and continuous improvement within the organization.
·Adhere to Adecco Group policies, processes and guidelines.
·Work with peers and colleagues across the organisation to mature, monitor, educate and adhere to group procurement policies
Required Skills and Qualifications
·Bachelor’s degree in business, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Innovation, Supply Management, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
·7+ years of experience in change management, transformation programs, or business consulting within a global corporate organization or within a tier one consulting and strategy company
·Proven experience in leading end-to-end change initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
·Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
·Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
·Excellent presentation, visualization, influence, business development skills and related tools (from PPT to other tools)
·Ability to influence and engage senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
·Strong problem-solving skills can do attitude and positive energy.
Preferred Qualifications
·Certification in Change Management. Portfolio management, organizational development, strategy frameworks and methodology (e.g., PROSCI, PMP, Lean Six Sigma).
·Exposure to global or multi-location change programs
