About the role

Consultant – LHH Pordenone

Per la nostra sede di Pordenone, stiamo cercando un Consultant che all’interno del team di riferimento contribuisca all'incremento del Business sui servizi della struttura, realizzando sia lo sviluppo commerciale che la gestione della delivery dei profili del salary segment di riferimento.

What you’ll be doing

Di cosa ti occuperai:

  • Gestire e costruire un portafoglio clienti individuando opportunità di business tramite network personale e partecipazione ad eventi di settore;
  • Gestire tutti gli aspetti legati ai processi di selezione dedicati a profili di Middle e Top Management dall’iniziale briefing con il cliente circa la Job description della figura ricercata fino alla negoziazione dell’offerta tra il cliente e il candidato selezionato, effettuando follow-up fino al superamento del periodo di prova;
  • Pianificare l’attività commerciale settimanale con visite presso i clienti legati al settore di competenza;
  • Gestire le attività di delivery, i colloqui con i candidati, la creazione di Short-List e mappature di mercato.
  • Responsabilità del proprio profit and loss
About you

Sei il/la candidato/a ideale se:

Ricerchiamo un candidato con almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore, con forte spinta commerciale e ottime doti di delivery. Solarità e determinazione sono skills necessarie per entrare a far parte di un gruppo solido, unito ed in crescita.
La figura selezionata verrà assunta direttamente ed avrà diritto ad un sistema incentivi interessante oltre che a flessibilità e smart-working.

Altri requisiti:

  • Forte Orientamento al Risultato;
  • Predisposizione al lavoro in team e per obiettivi;
  • Capacità di analisi e problem solving;
  • Forte Flessibilità e Determinazione;
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Internet Explorer e Outlook;

La ricerca si rivolge anche a candidati iscritti alle liste di Collocamento Mirato così come definito dalla L.68/99 Art.1 (Disabili/Invalidi civili >46%)
